It was my distinct pleasure to work with the students from the hospitality course at Fleming College in the rolling hills of Peterborough Ontario. With the assistance of Chef Steve Berns, Program Coordinator, and Chef Instructors Sara Philips and John Howie we were able to put a spectacular buffet together using Olymel products.

From the time I arrived at the school for my 3 day guest appearance I saw first hand the interworkings of this great culinary program. I cannot give enough praise to all the students who participated in this event and the great knowledge they possessed. The kitchen has to one of the cleanest and most organized that I have ever worked in.

As for the student that submitted this recipe, when she smiled while cooking, you can tell that she had great passion for this great trade. She would be an asset to anyone's kitchen. All I can say is good luck in the future Miss Rose, and thank you for submitting this recipe for Olymel's website.

I was very impressed throughout. The quality of students that are coming out of Fleming College boads well the future of the culinary arts in Ontario.
